100G QSFP28 850nm 100m SR4
QSFP28 4x25Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 100 Gigabit Ethernet links over 70m OM3/100m OM4 multi-mode/150m OM5 multi-mode fiber. The module has 4 electrical input/output channels operating up to 25.78Gbps per channel. This transceiver consists of two transmitter/receiver units, with each operating on 850nm wavelength. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a CDR with 4-channel modulator drivers and 4 modulated lasers. On the receiver path, it consists of 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIAs, along with a CDR. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the CAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bm, and compliant with QSFP28 MSA.
